Today marks four years since R4 was founded.
Like most young agencies, R4 began with ambition, energy and a desire to prove itself. What has changed over the last four years isn’t that ambition — it’s how the business now applies it.
We’ve evolved.
We’ve adapted to a changing market.
And, crucially, we’ve grown up.
As the business has matured, so has our sense of responsibility — to our clients, to their budgets, and to the standards we hold ourselves to. The work is sharper now. The thinking clearer. The decisions more deliberate.
We’ve learned that media performance rarely fails due to a lack of creativity or intent. More often, value is lost in the mechanics — after plans are agreed, when media is traded, discounts are generated, and decisions are made about how that value is handled.
That understanding has shaped how we operate today.
R4 works to a simple model: Trade. Plan. Activate.
Not as a slogan, but as a discipline.
Media value is protected at trade.
Planning is grounded in real behaviour.
Activation is controlled, accurate and accountable.
This approach has been tested — by market volatility, by commercial pressure, and by moments where shortcuts would have been easier. Each time, it has reinforced the same lesson: discipline matters more than noise.
We’re proud of the trust clients place in us — not just with their campaigns, but with their reputations. We’re grateful to partners who challenge us and hold us to account. And we’re especially thankful to the team, past and present, who bring care, structure and professionalism to the work every day.
Four years in, we’re not interested in being the loudest agency in the room.
We’re interested in being the most reliable.
Still learning.
Still refining.
Still building.
On we go.
