Aaron Corria Returns to the R4 fold

We're pleased to welcome Aaron Corria back to R4, returning to the agency as Director of People & Expansion.

Aaron previously spent time at R4 earlier in his career, and his return comes at a deliberate moment - on the back of a run of major client wins and as the business builds toward its next phase of growth across new markets.

The role reflects where R4 is heading rather than where it's been. As the agency scales its trading desks and expands its footprint, Aaron will take ownership of how R4 grows its team with the same discipline it applies to everything else: bringing in the right people, in the right markets, at the right pace.

Aaron's return marks the start of a more structured approach to how R4 hires and expands as it moves into new markets - not just filling roles, but building the team the next phase of growth actually requires.
