We’re pleased to welcome Alfie Collins back to R4, returning to the business as a Motion Designer.

Alfie originally joined R4 early in his career as a Junior Motion Graphics Designer. Since then, he’s continued to develop his craft, gaining broader experience and sharpening his approach to concept, execution and delivery.

His return reflects both his personal growth and the evolution of R4 as a business.

This role goes beyond standalone creative moments. While work like the London Palladium project demonstrated the power of strong visual execution, Alfie will now be embedded much earlier in the process — getting his teeth into briefs across several of our key clients.

He’ll be working closely with the wider team on campaign thinking, execution and delivery, and will play a more visible role in client pitches and presentations. This hands-on involvement ensures creative thinking is aligned with commercial intent, media environments and real-world impact.

Alfie will also be learning directly from Matt and the senior team, strengthening how creative is developed within the context of Trade, Plan and Activate — not as an isolated output, but as part of a disciplined, accountable process.

We’re delighted to have Alfie back at R4 and looking forward to the work ahead.
